This Canary wood has a wide range of color from red, orange, yellow, and green, to golden and brown. Similar in density to Brazilian Tulipwood, Canary takes a high natural polish. The wood is very clean and usable, but may contain occasional bug holes, or an occasional small check. Air dried for 1 year, completely wax sealed, and contains residual moisture. This species is used in all kinds of fine woodturning projects. It's very difficult to find Canary this thick!
