This genuine Mahogany has beautiful figure and rich, warm color. It is quartersawn, kiln dried, and ready to use. There are end checks up to 2-1/4" deep that run the full length of the board. Because of these, this board is not recommended for acoustic instruments. An ideal use would be a shelf or mantel. Please note that you must be able to work with the rustic nature of the piece.
