These turning blanks have been air dried for 7 years (as of February 2020) and are ready to use. An occasional surface or end check may be present but this is wonderful, clean material. The grain, color, and density are similar to Cocobolo! This turning square has a slight rough edge on the back face on the left-hand side, and a minor 1/8" incursion below the rough area.
